We are expanding our team and seeking an Associate Clinical Therapist who is early in their clinical journey and eager to grow within a nurturing, collaborative environment.

Located in Las Vegas, Desert Peace Therapy specializes in individualized therapy for children, families, and adults. Our practice is guided by the values of warmth, authenticity, and client-centered care. We integrate effective, evidence-based modalities, like Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help our clients find clarity, connection, and emotional resilience.

This is a full-time W2 position offering both in person and telehealth sessions. You’ll work closely with our licensed supervisor and experienced team, receiving mentorship and hands-on training while deepening your clinical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake assessments and clinical screenings to identify client needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in partnership with clients and supervisors.
  • Provide individual therapy, with a primary focus on children and teens ages 4–17, using evidence-based practices.
  • Track client progress, modify goals as needed, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Participate in regular supervision and case consultations with licensed clinicians.
  • Contribute to a supportive team culture through collaboration and shared learning.

Qualifications:

  • Nevada licensure as LMSW, MFT-I, or CPC-I.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling, or related field.
  • Familiarity or training in PCIT, CBT, DBT, or similar evidence-based approaches.
  • Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for working with children, families, and individuals in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Estimated Annual Compensation: $65,000–$76,000, including paid administrative time for no-shows, cancellations, and clinical documentation.

Supervision Provided:

  • LMSWs receive primary supervision.
  • MFT-I and CPC-I receive secondary supervision.

Desert Peace Therapy is an approved Post-Graduate Internship Site by the Nevada State Board of Examiners for Social Workers.

Desert Peace Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Senior Clinical Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. If you have experience working with children and adults in a clinical therapy setting and are passionate about providing high-quality, client-centered care, we would love to meet you. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.

At Desert Peace Therapy, we specialize in providing individualized therapy for children, families, and individuals in the Las Vegas community. Our practice is built on a foundation of warmth, empathy, and evidence-based approaches, including Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). We pride ourselves on fostering a mindful, team-oriented culture where both clients and therapists feel valued and supported.

This is a full-time W2 position offering a mix of in-person and telehealth therapy sessions, tailored to both client needs and therapist preferences. As a Senior Clinical Therapist, you will work independently and provide high-quality therapeutic care to children, families, and individuals. You will also have the opportunity to mentor Associate Clinical Therapists, helping them grow in their careers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and any necessary support systems.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, with a focus on working with children aged 4 to 17 years old.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of client sessions and progress notes.
  • Provide mentorship to Associate Clinical Therapists, fostering professional development.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, client-centered care.
  • Stay current with best practices and advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications:

  • Active licensure in Nevada as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with children, families, and adults in a therapy setting.
  • Strong clinical skills in PCIT, CBT, DBT, or related evidence-based modalities.
  • Proven ability to provide effective treatment for a diverse range of clients.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring junior therapists is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation: Earn an estimated $75,000 to $87,000 annually. Compensation includes hourly therapy sessions and administrative hours to cover no shows, cancellations, and other related tasks.
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a flexible schedule with regular office hours (Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM) and the option to schedule sessions outside standard hours based on therapist preference.
